摘要
作者首次将压气膨胀系数引入到气动冲击设备的动力过程分析中 ,且在此基础上推导出冲击功的理论计算公式 ,并对其进行了极大化运算 ,得出了最优膨胀系数与压气压力关系方程 ,可以用来指导气动冲击设备的设计。
For the first time,compressed air expansion coefficient is introduced in the dynamic analysis of pneumatic impact equipment. On the basis of this, a theoretical calculation formula is deduced for the impact power. The maximum power is calculated and the equation between optimum expansion coefficient and pressure of compressed air is obtained which could act as guidance for design of pneumatic impact equipment.
