眼用高频超声在眼外伤诊断及术式选择中的应用价值

Role of ophthalmic ultrasonography image in diagnosis and surgical planning of ocular injury

目的:探讨眼外伤超声图像特征及对手术的指导意义。材料与方法:回顾分析43例有阳性表现的眼外伤超声图像及术式选择。结果:43例眼外伤超声诊断经手术及光学检查得到证实;超声提供了可靠的术式选择依据。结论:超声对眼外伤的诊断及术式选择有重要临床意义。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical significance of ophthalmic ultrasonography image in diagnosis and surgical planning of ocular injury.Methods:The ultrasonography and operation method were studied retrospectively in 43 patients with ocular injury.Results:Ultrasonography image is proved by operation and clinical optical examination in 43 patients,ultrasonography image provide tentative information for operative method selection for ocular injury.Conclusions:Ultrasonography image has very significant clinical value in diagnosis and operative planning for ocular injury.
