摘要
目的 :对碟脉灵注射液进行细菌内毒素试验。方法 :选择一定灵敏度的鲎试剂在最大有效稀释范围内 ,考察在不同稀释度下该制剂的干扰作用。结果 :选用灵敏度为 0 2 5EU/ml的鲎试剂 ,将样品 1∶2稀释后无干扰作用。结论 :用鲎试验法可以对碟脉灵注射液进行细菌内毒素检查。
Objective:To perform the bacterial endotoxin test of DieMaiLing injection.Methods:The interference action of the different dilutabilities of injection at the greatest effective diluent range were observed with some sensitivity of limulus reagent.Results:When 0.25 EU/ml sensitivity of limulus reagent was used and dilutability of sample was 1∶2,there were no interference action.Conclusion:The bacterial endotoxin test can be carried out with 0.25 EU/ml sensitivity of limulus reagent when the dilutability of sample is 1∶2.
