摘要
人类主要组织相容性复合体 (MHC)是目前人类所知最复杂的基因系统 ,MHCⅡ类抗原分子在免疫应答的启动和调节中具有非常重要的作用。已经发现 ,人类白细胞抗原 (HLA)Ⅱ类基因与包括系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)在内的 70多种疾病存在不同程度的关联。本文拟就HLAⅡ类基因、抗原分子的结构及功能 ,Ⅱ类基因与SLE的遗传关系及其与SLE易感性机理等方面作一综述。
Human major histocompatibility complex(MHC)is the highly polymorphic gene system.MHC clss Ⅱ antigen molecules bind and present processed antigenes.This presentation step is crucial in initiating immune response.Consequently these molecules play a central role in the regulation of the immune system.HLA class Ⅱ gene have different degree of associations with more than 70 kinds of diseases including SLE.We review the structure and function of HLA class Ⅱ gene;the genetic relation between SLE and HLA classⅡ;and the genetic susceptibility of HLA class Ⅱ alleles to SLE.
