有高血压家族史的青少年24小时血压监护及踏车运动时血压变化 被引量:2

摘要 目的 比较 1 9名双亲均患高血压病 (FH+ )和 1 8名无本病家族史 (FH- )的正常青少年 2 4h动态血压与踏车运动试验。方法  2 4h动态血压采用无创伤性携带式血压监测仪测定 ;踏车运动试验 :测量运动前、运动中 1 0分钟及运动后至 40分钟血压及心率。结果  (1 )FH+ 组白昼收缩压均值、2 4h收缩压与舒张压均值较FH- 组高。 (2 )踏车运动试验两组无明显差异。结论 高血压家族史是高血压病发病的独立危险因子。 Objective To compare the blood pressure monitoring (ABPM) and exercise blood pressure be in 19 young subjects with positive history of hypertension(FH +) and 18 ones with negative history of hypertension(FH -). Methods 24 h blood pressure(BP) and heart rate(HR) were measured by with ABPM and exercise BP by bicycle ergometer. Results and Conclusion (1)24 hours average systolic and diastolic blood pressure and heart rate were higher in FH + group than in FH - group with no significant difference in BP changes after exercise test. (2) Family history of hypertension is an risk factor of hypertension. The activity of sympathetic system seems to be not substantially increased in FH + group.
