ATP在诊断房室结双径路及隐匿性旁道中的应用价值

摘要 房室结折返与房室折返是阵发性室上性心动过速 (PSVT)的主要发病机制 ,早期定位诊断其发病机制是当今研究的热点。三磷酸腺苷 (ATP)以其半衰期短 ,对房室结产生负性变时、负性变传导、负性变力作用之特点 ,在PSVT的诊断上得到了应用。作者将这一热点的研究做一综述。
