摘要
采用载铜活性炭和废水中溶解氧体系 ,用催化氧化法深度去除采油废水中的 COD。活性炭用质量分数为 7.5 %的 Cu(NO3) 2 溶液浸渍 ,在 2 6 0℃下还原固化 ,制得催化剂。采用固定床式水处理柱 ,对混凝沉降处理后 COD难以达标的采油废水进行了深度处理研究。p H为 7.5± 0 .5、经曝气处理后的采油废水 ,在 2 5~ 35℃条件下与催化体系接触 2 h,可将 45倍于催化剂体积的采油废水中的 COD由 40 0 mg/ L 以上降至 10 0 mg/ L 以下。催化剂可以再生。
A catalytic advanced oxidation process based on copper charging activated carbon and DO in wastewater has been studied for polishing oilfield wastewater treated by coagulation sedimentation of which COD could not meet the discharge standard. The catalyst was obtained by impregnating activated carbon in 7.5% Cu(NO 3) 2 solution and then drying it at 260℃. Under the conditions of pH 7.5±0.5,aerated wastewater, 2 h of contact time at 25~35℃ and 1/45 of volume ration between catalyst and wastewater, COD can be reduced from above 400 mg/L to below 100 mg/L. The used catalyst can be regenerated by its preparation method.
