摘要
研究了喷淋空塔内烟气流速、液气比和吸收区高度等因素对气相阻力的影响 ,并在实验室研究的基础上建立了喷淋塔流体力学数学模型 ,讨论了烟气流速、液滴直径等工艺参数对液滴停留时间。
The effect of flue gas velocity,ration of liquid to gas and absorbing height on gas pressure drop was investigated at laboratory scale test facility.An aerodynamic model has been developed for FGD spray scrubber,and a discussion on drop resistant time,gas pressure drop and mass transfer area was carried out based on the model.
