Environmental protection industry is an important material basis and technological security to protect the environment and achieve sustainable development,an important component of national economy and one of the most potential new increasing point in future economy.In order to promote environmental protection industry to develop healthy and fast,to meat the requirement of ecology construction and pollution control and to ensure the realization of the objectives of the tenth five year plan smoothly,ten countermeasures are suggested.
