摘要
在齿轮传动中,齿面间润滑油膜的存在及其厚度对防止齿面失效具有重要意义。通过分析推导,给出啮合齿面任意啮合点最小润滑油膜的计算方法及啮合间油膜厚度的变化规律,同时给出高速重载条件下油膜不被破坏的条件及润滑油的选择。
For gear drive, lubricant film between tooth surfaces is important to protect them from failure. This paper derives the formula of the thinnest lubricant film between meshed tooth surfaces, discusses the changing law of the film thickness, and presents the conditions that must be met to avoid the damage to the film under high speed and heavy duty operation and the selection of lubricating oil
