可维修性设计及其技术方法研究

Research on the Design Method and Technology of Design for Maintainability

产品的可维修性直接影响到产品的使用性能 ,甚至产品的回收再制造。因此 ,本文指出要在产品设计的初期进行可维修性设计 ,并提出了可维修性设计流程 ;重点论述了可维修性设计中的若干关键技术方法。最后应用该技术方法对一项具体维修作业进行了实例分析。

The maintainability of a product has a direct influence on the product properties in the use stage,even the recycling and remanufacturing of the product.So the concept of Design for Maintainability must be taken into consideration early in the design stage so as to simplify the maintenance work.The flow chart of Design for Maintainability is proposed,and some key technologies are analyzed stressfully in this paper.Finally,a case study is presented using this method.
