摘要
目的 探讨窒息新生儿血浆内皮素改变及其与外周血白细胞数的关系。方法 将 2 9例窒息新生儿根据Apgar评分分为轻度窒息组 (1 0例 )和重度窒息组 (1 9例 ) ;另外选择 2 0例正常新生儿作对照组 ,检测各组新生儿外周血白细胞数、血浆内皮素 (ET) ,比较各组间白细胞数和ET含量。结果 外周血白细胞数及ET含量在重度窒息组分别为 (2 7 42± 1 0 95)× 1 0 9 L ,(72 73± 9 65)ng L ,轻度窒息组分别为 (1 0 2 4± 4 1 0 )× 1 0 9 L ,(56 76±1 0 0 5)ng L ,对照组分别为 (1 5 70± 3 2 1 )× 1 0 9 L ,(34 55± 8 7)ng L。外周血白细胞数、ET含量的差别均有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1 )。轻度窒息组与对照组间的外周血白细胞数差别无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5) ,而ET含量间的差别有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1 )。重度窒息新生儿的外周血白细胞数与ET含量呈正相关 (γ =0 39,P <0 0 5)。结论 新生儿窒息时随着外周血白细胞数的增多 ,血浆ET含量也随之升高 。
Objective To study the change in serum endothelin and the relationship between serum endothelin and the amount of the peripheral white cells in asphyxial newborns.Methods 29 asphyxial newborns were divided into two groups:mild asphyxial group (10 cases) and severe asphyxia group (19 cases) and 20 normal newborns as controls.The amount of the peripheral white cells and serum endothelin were detected.The relationship between the amount of the white cells and serum endothelin was analyzed.Results The amount of peripheral white cells and serum endothelin in the severe asphyxial group were (27 42±10 95)×10 9/L,(72 73±9 65)ng/L respectively,those in the mild asphyxial group were (10 24±4 10)×10 9/L,(56 76±10 05) ng/L respectively,those in the control group were (15 70±3 21)×10 9/L,(34 55±8 7)ng/L respectively.The data in the severe asphyxial group were significantly higher than those in both mild asphyxial group and the control group (P<0 01).Comparing the amount of the peripheral white cells and serum endothelin between mild asphyxial group and the control group,there was no significant difference in the amount of the peripheral white cells (P>0 05),while there was significant difference in the content of serum endothelin.The amount of the white cells was positively related to the levels of endothelin in severe asphyxial group(r=0 39,P<0 05).Conclusion The increased amount of the peripheral white cells was related to the content of serum endothelin,the amount of the peripheral white cells may be a predicting parameter for multi-organ damage of asphyxial newborns.
