SCC在宫颈鳞癌患者血清中的表达及临床意义

Study on expression of squamous cell carcinoma antigen and its clinical significance in the patients with cervical squamous carcinoma

目的 探讨宫颈鳞癌患者血清中鳞状细胞癌抗原 (SCC)的表达及其临床意义。方法 对 2 0 4例宫颈鳞癌患者采用微粒子酶免疫法检测血清SCC值 ,结合临床资料分析该抗原改变的临床意义。结果 宫颈鳞癌、宫颈腺癌和慢性宫颈炎患者SCC阳性率分别为 64 2 1 %、 1 8 1 8%和 1 0 0 0 % ;三个阳性率间的差别有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1 ) ;宫颈癌患者的临床分期、病理分级与SCC间均有相关关系 (P <0 0 1 ) ;有淋巴转移与无淋巴转移者的SCC阳性率间的差别有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1 )。结论 SCC量有随宫颈鳞癌患者病情加重。

Objective To determine the expression of squamous cell carcinoma antigen (SCC) and its clinical significance in the patients with cervical squamous carcinoma.Methods Serum SCC of 204 patients with cervical squamous carcinoma was detected by MEIA,the clinical characters and the clinical significance of SCC were analyzed Results It showed that the positive rate of SCC expression was 64 21% in cervical squamous carcinoma group,10 00% in chronic cervicitis group,18 18% in cervical adenocarcinoma group,there were significant differences among three groups (P<0 01).The content of SCC is closely related to the clinical stage and pathological grade of cervical carcinoma(P<0 01).Comparing the positive rate of SCC in patients with lymphatic metastasis with that in patients with no lymphatic metastasis,there were significant differences(P<0 01).Conclusion The more patient′s condition is serious and pathological grade is high,the higher the content of SCC.
