口服Ⅱ型胶原对胶原诱发大鼠关节炎的抑制作用及其致病机制初探 被引量：1

摘要 目的：观察口服Ⅱ型胶原蛋白（CⅡ）对大鼠胶原性关节炎（CIA）的疗效。方法：用鸡CⅡ致SD大鼠类风湿性关节炎模型，于致关节炎前一周口服CⅡ，持续4周，观察大鼠CIA的发生率及Ⅱ型胶原抗体产生情况。结果：与实验组比较，给予CⅡ灌胃的SD大鼠，其CIA发病率明显降低（44.4%:83.3%)，关节炎指数及肢体累及率降低（0.88:5.33;13.88%:47.91%)，两组Ⅱ型胶原抗体均为阳性。结论：CⅡ灌胃可以明显抑制CⅡ引起的关节炎的发病率，并能减轻关节炎的严重程度。
