The recombinant chimeric dominant epitope antigens of hepatitis C virus,including Core,nonstructure 3(NS3),nonstructure 4(NS4)region,were expressed in E.coli and purified by ion exchange chromatographic method.In consequence,a set of dot immunogold filtration assay(DIGFA)reagent was established.Then the specificity and sensitivity of this method were compared with enzyme linked immunosobent assay (ELISA)and recombinant immunoblot assay (RIBA).The results showed that the specificity and sensitivity of DIGFA are in the same level as HCV EIA.
