运用高效毛细管区带电泳法对人血清蛋白的分析 被引量:5

摘要 采用毛细管电泳技术建立了血清蛋白毛细管区带电泳分析方法 ,同时可对白蛋白进行定量测定。应用于临床五种疾病分析 ,结果显示分析结果与临床资料一致。所用电泳液为 0 .1 mol/L p H1 0硼砂 /氢氧化钠缓冲液 ,电压为 1 5 k V,电泳时间为 1 6min,检测波长为 2 1 4nm。该方法快速 ,稳定 。 This study details a new quick stable assay method for human serum proteins by high performance capillary zone electrophoresis,and quantitating serum albumin at same time.We also analysed the electrophoresis results of five diseases by this method.The data showed good corresponds to other clinical results.The running buffer was 100 mmol/L borate and natrum hydroxide,voltage was 15 kV,with detection wavelength of 214 nm.All the protein peaks could be got in less than 16 minutes.The method had excellent reproducibility.This automated high performance capillary zone electrophoresis method for separation of serum proteins views being suitable for using in the routine clinical laboratories.
