消除酶活性测定中基质效应影响的方法研究

Method Study of Correcting Matrix Effect in the Assay of Enzyme Activity

该研究旨在寻找一种消除酶活性测定中基质效应影响的方法。运用标准加入法及正常人混合血清稀释法测定酶活性高值标本。运用标准加入法测定接近医学决定水平的标本。实验结果表明 ,标准加入法及正常人混合血清稀释法能有效地克服基质效应 ,从而获得准确的结果 ,具有简便、快速、准确。

The study aids at searching for one method to correct matrix effect in the assay of enzyme activity.Determine enzyme activity high value sample with entering standard method and mormal human mixing serum diluting method.Determine sample of about Xe with entering standard method.Experimental results proved entering stadard method and normal human mixing serum diluting method could correct effectively matrix effcet and thereby got accurate results.This method have simple,fast,accurate,economic and applicable advantage etc.
