摘要
主要研究了 Al2 O3耐热梯度陶瓷涂层的抗氧化性能并与相应的 Zr O2 耐热涂层进行了比较。在 80 0℃和 1 0 0 0℃氧化实验结果表明 :Al2 O3涂层的抗氧化性能优于相应的 Zr O2 涂层 ;涂层的孔隙率 ,尤其是通孔率是影响涂层抗氧化性能的关键因素 ,此外 。
Oxidation resistance of thermal resistance Al 2O 3 gradient ceramic coating obtained by plasma spraying is investigated,compared with corresponding ZrO 2 coating.It is shown that the oxidation resistance of Al 2O 3 coating is superior to that of ZrO 2 coating.The porosity,especially communicating porosity of the coating,is the key factor to affect the oxidation resistance and good gradient structure helps improve it.
