本文简介了Turbo码的编、译码原理 ,重点介绍了适用于Turbo码的MAP和Max Log MAP译码算法。然后 ,详述了第三代通信WCDMA系统中所采用的Turbo码编码方案 ,以及译码算法的硬件实现方案。

This paper introduces the encoding and decoding of the turbo code, decribes the actual encoding scheme in the WCDMA system, and particularly discusses the MAP and Max Log MAP algorithms which are suitable for the turbo decoder. Finally,the implementation of the turbo decoder in practice is briefly discussed.
