摘要
层合复合材料的多层界面能够引起声波的多次反射 ,而且其内部夹层具有拉伸、压缩、剪切多种变形形式 ,可以更多的消耗声能 ,因此层合复合材料能有效地阻隔声波的通过。用有限元素法对一种层合复合材料进行声学有限元分析 ,得到与实验数据较为吻合的结果 。
In multilayer composites, the multilayer interfaces lead to the multiple reflection of acoustic waves and internal layers have multiform of deformation, such as tension, compressing and shearing that can dissipate more acoustic energy. As a result, the multiplayer composites can insulate sound efficiently. The sound insulation ability of multilayer composites is evaluated by finite element method, and the computed results are in good coincidence with the experimental ones. Both result proved that multiplayer composites have better effect than the traditional single layer materials in sound insulation application.
