摘要
提出了硫酸颜色反应用于盐酸苯海拉明的二级散射测定新方法 .盐酸苯海拉明本身为微弱散射光物质 ,在浓硫酸作用下生成为具有强散射光的物质 ,具有二级散射特征 .在 4 94 .0 nm处具有最大二级散射光 ,该条件下盐酸苯海拉明在 0 .2~ 1 0μg/m L范围内与体系的二级散射光强度线性关系良好 .方法检测限为 2 μg/L,相对标准偏差 RSD=1 .3% ( n=5 )
A new scattering method for determination of diphenhydramin hydrochoride is discussed by the color reaction of sulfuric acid. Diphenhydramin hydrochoride itself is a weak scattering light substance and it can react with sulfuric acid to form an intensive scattering light substance having the feature of double scattering. At 497.0nm , the scattering light's intensity is proportional to the concentrations of diphenhydramin hydrochoride over the range of 0.2~10μg/mL, the detection limit is 2μg/L and RSD is 1.3% (n=5).
