摘要
某工程在复合地基施工中未经设计单位同意 ,将高压旋喷桩修改为深层搅拌桩 ,其后 ,业主怀疑下卧层强度不足 .为确定现有复合地基的实际承载力及变形性能 ,采用深层沉降仪监测地基范围内各层土体的实际变形 ,并以观测数据分析不同土层的受力状态 .结果表明 :下卧层强度及变形性能满足原设计要求 。
During the composite foundation processing in a high rise building, the original designed high pressure jetting piles were substituted by the deep soil mixing piles, without the approve of the designing institute. Later, the owner doubted the strength of the soft-under-layer. In order to determine the load bearing capacity and the deformation properties of the soft-under-layer, the deep soil movement detector was used to observe the settlement of all the layers of the composite foundation. Then, the result was used to deduce the working state of each layer. The final results manifested that the load bearing capacity and the deformation properties of the soft-under-layer satisfied the original design, as ratified the construction to the original height.
