摘要
以 2 氯吡啶为起始原料 ,经取代、环合、缩合及成盐 4步反应合成盐酸曲唑酮 ,总收率为39%。在缩合反应中 ,以乙醇为溶剂 ,以氢氧化钠代替氢化钠 ,反应条件温和 。
Trazodone hydrochloride was synthesized from 2 chloropyridine via substitution with hydrazine hydrate,cyclocondensation with urea,condensation with 1 (3 chlorophenyl) 4 (3 chloropropyl) piperazine monohydrochloride in the presence of alkali,and then treatment with hydrochloride The overall yield was 39%,and the target compound was identified by spectroscopic analysis The condensation reaction,in which sodium hydroxide was used instead of sodium hydride,was more moderate and easier to operate.
