摘要
目的通过对成都市 31 8名糖尿病患者的随访调查 ,测算糖尿病的经济负担。方法拟合二部模型对糖尿病的治疗费用进行多因素分析。结果影响糖尿病治疗费用的因素主要有患者的病情、医疗保障形式、经济收入、医院的级别、从业状态和伴随疾病。结论为有效地控制医疗费用的过快上涨 ,减轻糖尿病的经济负担提供切实可行的防治策略和政策性的建议。
Objective We estimated cost of diabetes mellitus with prospective survey on 318 diabetes patients in Chengdu.Method By means of two part model,we estimated the determinants of the cost.Result The result showed that influencing factors include patient's condition,share of medical fee,income,hospital's rank,different occupation,and other concomitant diseases.Conclusion We should provide rational preventive strategies and suggestions for controlling medical cost and reducing burden of diabetes mellitus
