上海市徐汇区中小学生报告伤害现况分析

A Prevalence Study on Injuries in Primary and Secondary School Students in Xuhui District of Shanghai

目的 了解上海市徐汇区中小学生伤害发生程度及其流行病学特征 ,寻找有效的干预措施。 方法 通过上海市徐汇区中小学生伤害监测系统 ,对徐汇区的所有中小学在校学生进行监测 ,并对案例进行调查。 结果 伤害发生率为 3 3 9.9/10万 ,按年龄上升 ;男生伤害发生率高于女生 ;伤害原因中排在前三位的分别是不慎、嬉闹和体育性其他伤害 ;伤害发生的类型占第一位的是跌落 ;伤害发生的性质占第一位是骨折 ;伤害发生的主要场所是学校。 结论 通过中小学生伤害检测系统 ,可以及时了解中小学生伤害发生情况 。

Objective To collect the basic information about injuries and explore effective interventions for reducing rate of injuries in primary and secondary school students. Methods All the data was collected through the SISS in Xuhui district of Shanghai. Result There was trend that the incidence rate of injuries increased with age. The overall incidence rate of injuries was 339.9/100,000 with schoolboys higher than schoolgirls. Among the causes of injuries, carelessness, playing, motion, ranked the consecutive leading 3 places. Conclusion It is practical to collect the basic information about injuries and take some preventive measures in the primary and secondary school students injuries through the SISS.
