某校大学毕业生心理健康状况的调查分析

A Survey on Mental Health of Medical Students upon Graduation

目的 了解大学毕业生心理健康状况。 方法 采用 SCL - 90对 4 15名某校大学毕业生的心理卫生状况进行了测试 ,并与常模比较。 结果 大学毕业生 SCL - 90总分偏高 ,筛查为阳性者占 3 9% ,因子分≥ 3的占 6.75 % ,主要心理问题为焦虑 ,恐怖、精神病性。心理健康水平受性别、专业、学习成绩、任职情况的影响。 结论 大学毕业生心理健康水平较低 ,心理健康状况与性别、专业、学习成绩、任职情况密切相关。

Objective To investigate the mental health of medical students upon graduation. Methods A total of 415 medical students were assessed by Symptom Checklis-90(SCL-90). Result 39% of students suffered from low to medium level of mental health problem. The psychological health level is subject to gender, specialty, achievement and position . Comparing with normal sample, medical students'SCL-90 scored higher on anxiety, phobia and psychiatry. Conclusion Medical students showed a higher level of mental health problem, of which there was a significant relationship with gender, specialty, achievement and position.
