Rb和p53蛋白在燃煤型砷中毒患者皮损中表达的研究

Study on the expression of Rb and p53 protein in lesions of patients with coal arsenic toxin

目的 研究Rb、p5 3蛋白在燃煤型砷中毒患者皮损中的表达及其意义。 方法 采用免疫组化SP法检测 46例燃煤型砷中毒患者皮损中Rb、p5 3蛋白的表达。 结果Rb蛋白的阳性表达率为 6 0 .9% ,与病理分型无明显的相关性 (P >0 .0 5 )但与临床分级相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。p5 3蛋白的阳性表达率分别为 6 7.4% ,与临床分级和病理分型明显相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 p5 3蛋白可能参与了其发生及发展。

Objective To study the expression of p16?Rb and p53 protein in lesions of patients with coal arsenic toxin(CAT).Methods Immunohistochemistry mothod was used to assess p16?Rb and p53 proteins expression in 46 cases of CAT.Results The expression rate of Rb protein was 60.9%.It did not correlate with the pathological grades(P>0.05), and was associated with clinical grates(P<0.05).The expression rate of p53 protein was 67.4% It was signficantly correlated with pathological grades and clinical types.(P<0.05).Conclusions The pathogenesis of CAT was influenced by mutifactors, p53 protein maybe involved in development of CAT.
