摘要
目的 :探讨防止埋伏阻生牙矫治过程中各种并发症的措施。方法 :对 86例埋伏阻生牙的临床矫治过程进行分析并对其出现的并发症进行临床研究。结果 :常见的并发症为矫治中支抗丧失、邻牙牙根吸收 ,矫治后牙周附着不良、牙髓活力下降甚至坏死等 ,其发病与采用的术式有关。结论 :只有通过对埋伏阻生牙进行精确的定位 ,正确地应用外科导萌术 ,从适宜的方向进行闭合正畸牵引 ,同时注意牵引力的大小和支抗的控制 。
Objective:To investigate the measure for avoiding the complication during the process of impacted teeth treatment.Methods:The clinical treatment for 86 cases of impacted teeth and its complication were analysed.Results:The common complications were anchorage losed,the root of adjacent tooth absorbed,the ill periodontal attachment ,decreased pulp vitality ,or pulp necrosis after treatment,and they were associated with the manner adopted.Conclusion:The optimal results could be achieved by precise localization of the impacted teeth,choosing available surgical exposure,orthodontic traction to the proper direction and controlling the strength of traction and anchorage.
