Determination of Paeoniflorin in PIANTANKANG Capsule by HPLC

目的 :建立偏瘫康胶囊中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法 :采用HPLC法测定制剂中芍药苷的含量 ,并进行了方法学考察。HPLC法用C18柱甲醇 - 0 .0 5mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液 (2 5 :75 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 30nm。结果 :该法重限性好 ,稳定性好 ,芍药苷进样量在 15 9～ 795ng范围内线性关系良好 ,r=0 .9992 ,平均加样回收率为98.0 4 % ,RSD为 2 .75 %。结论

To establish the content identification method for paeoniflorin in PIANTANKANG Capsule. Method: HPLC was used to identify the contents of paeoniflorin and methodology study was also carried out. C 18 column methanol 0.05mol/L and phosphate dihydro-potassium (25:75) was used as mobile phase and examine wavelength was 230nm. Result: This method showed goodrecurrence and stability, paeoniflorin samples during 159-795ng showed good linear relation,r=0.9992 and the average recovery was 98.04%, relative standard deviation(RSD) was 2.75%. Conclusion: The method of identification of paeoniflorin in product can be used as content identification measure in the quality control of PIANTANGKANG capsule production.
