人前磨牙牙髓牙本质复合体纤维粘连蛋白在不同年龄阶段的表达及其临床意义

摘要 目的 :研究牙髓牙本质复合体纤维粘连蛋白在不同年龄阶段的表达 ,探讨其与牙衰老和老年牙病间的关系。方法 :收集健康新鲜的前磨牙 ,按年龄分组 ,石蜡包埋切片 ,免疫组织化学与图像定量分析。结果 :随年龄增长 ,牙髓内纤维粘连蛋白免疫反应物增加、增粗 ,密度增高 ,积分光密度、体密度、线密度增加 ;牙本质内者与此相反。结论 :随年龄增长 ,牙髓内纤维粘连蛋白增加 ,使其细胞与血管间距离增大 ;牙本质内纤维粘连蛋白减少 ,韧性下降 。 Objectives: To probe into relationship between age related changes of fibronectin and dental aging or some diseases of aging teeth, expression of fibronectin in dental pulp dentin complex of human premolars in different age period. Methods: Fresh health premolars were collected, divided into some groups according to age, embedded in paraffin and cut into slices. The slices were treated by immunohistochemistry of the fibronectin and then quantitative image analysis of the slices was carried on. Results: With aging, reactive substances in line of the fibronetin in the human dental pulp increased gradually and were painted deepty, their diameter became thicker, their density increased and their integral optical density; the length density and volume density increased, but those in dentin were just contary to those in the pulp. Conclusions: With aging, the fibronectin in dental pulp are increased and the distance between cells in dental pulp are and blood vessels in the pulp lengthed; the fibronectin in dentin and tenacity of dentin are reduced, which may be a base of difficulty cure of diseases of the aging teeth and a base of fracture and brittleness of the aging teeth.
