摘要
目的 :探讨阴茎癌病毒病因中人乳头瘤病毒 (HPV)和疱疹病毒Ⅱ型 (HSV 2 )的可能作用。方法 :应用聚合酶链反应技术对正常包皮组织和阴茎癌中HPV和HSV 2DNA进行检测 ,分析两者的相关性。结果 :正常包皮和阴茎癌组织中HPV和HSV 2DNA阳性率分别为 4 1.6 7%、33.33%和 4 .16 %、31.2 5 % ,阴茎癌与正常包皮组织中HPVDNA检出率无显著差别 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,但HSV 2在阴茎癌中的检出率与正常包皮组织比较有显著差别 (P <0 .0 5 )。此外有 10例阴茎癌组织中同时存在HPV和HSV 2DNA序列 ,正常包皮组织却只有 1例。结论 :阴茎癌的病毒病因可能是多因素的 ,HPV和HSV 2均与阴茎癌有关 。
Objective:To investigate the possible role of human papillomavirus(HPV) and herpes simplex viyus Ⅱ(HSV 2) in the viral etiology of penis carcinomas.Methods:HPV DNA and HSV 2 DNA were detected in the normal foreskin and penis carcinomas by polymerase chain reaction. The correlation of HPV DNA and HSV 2 DNA sequence was analyzed.Results:The positive rates of HPV and HSV 2 in normal foreskin and penis carcinomas were 41.67%,33.33%;4.16%,31.25%.There was no significance in the positive rates of HPV DNA between foreskin and penis carcinomas(P>0.05),but the positive rates of HSV 2 DNA in penis carcinomas were significantly higher than those in normal foreskin (P<0.05).Besides there were 10 cases of HPV and HSV 2 DNA sequence coexisting in penis carcinomas, and only 1 case was in foreskin. Conclusion: The results indicate that the viral etiology of penia carcinomas may be multifactorial, and HSV 2 and HPV may be synergistic in the development of penis carcinomas.
