残余肾3例临床分析及诊治

Clinical Analysis and the Diagnosis Therapy of the Residual Kidney

目的 :探讨残余肾分型、诊断和治疗。方法 :报告 5年陈旧重度肾损伤及肾切除 14 6例中 3例残余肾。结果 :其中 2例为Ⅱ型残余肾 ,1例为Ⅰ型残余肾。结论 :无分泌功能Ⅰ型残余肾诊断主要根据病史和体征 ,非手术或手术治疗 ,Ⅱ型有分泌功能残余肾诊断主要方法为肾动脉造影 ,治疗方法首选超选择性肾动脉栓塞。

Objective: To determine the definition, type,diagnosis and therapy of residual kidney. Methods:To report 146 cases including severe injury of the kindneys and resection of the kidneys in 5 years, among them 3 cases were the residual kidney. Results: 2 cases were the typeⅡ residual kidney and 1 case was the typeⅠresidual kidney. Conclusion: Non secretion residual kidney, i.e. typeⅠwas mainly diagnosed according to the medical history and the symptom. The therapy was used according to operation and non operation. The secretion residual kidney, i.e.type Ⅱ, was diagnosed mainly according to renoarteriography. The super selet renoarteial embolism is the best method in the therapy.
