糖尿病患者血清瘦素水平60例分析

Analysis of Serum Leptin Concentrations between Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes

目的:比较1型和2型糖尿病(DM)患者血清瘦素水平,及其与性别、体重指数(BMI)、血糖和胰岛素的关系。方法:用酶联免疫法测定30例1型DM和30例2型DM患者的空腹血清瘦素、空腹血糖和空腹胰岛素水平。结果:1型DM患者血清瘦素水平为(5.06±1.13)ng/ml,2型DM血清瘦素水平为(9.89±2.10)ng/ml,两组之间差异有显著性(P<0.01),且女性患者血清瘦素水平均显著高于同组男性患者(P<0.001)。2型DM患者的血清瘦素水平与BMI呈正相关关系(r=0.68,P<0.05)。两组血清瘦素水平均与空腹胰岛素水平显著相关(均P<0.05)。结论:1型DM患者与2型DM患者之间瘦素水平存在明显差异,且与体重指数和血中胰岛素水平有关。

Objective:To investigate the serum level of leptin between type 1 and type 2 diabetes,and its relation to the gender,body mass index(BMI),fasti ng blood glucose(FBG) and fasting insulin(FINS).Methods:Fasting serum leptin,F BG and FINS were measured simultaneously by ELISA in patients with type 1 (n=30) and type 2 diabetes (n=30). Results:The serum leptin concentrations of type 2 diabetics were higher than those of type 1 diabetics [(9.89±2.10)μg/L vs (5.06 ±1.13)μg/L,P< 0.01].The significant differences of the serum leptin concentra tions were also found between females and males in tpye 1[(8.00±1.88)ng/ml vs ( 2.82±1.15)ng/ml,P< 0.001]and type 2 [(16.61±3.49)ng/ml vs (2.83±0.67)ng/ml, P< 0.001] diabetics.The serum leptin concentration of type 2 diabetes had a posi tive correlation with BMI (r=0.68,P< 0.05) but not in type 1 diabetes group.The serum leptin concentrations of the two groups,which are not correlated with FB G,are positively correlated with fasting insulin levels(type 1 DM:r=0.32,type 2 DM:r=0.26,P< 0.05). Conclusion:There is significant difference of serum le ptin between type 1 and type 2 diabetes and positive relation among serum leptin ,BMI and FINS.
