摘要
目的:探讨自制的大动物实验性原位肝移植术体外静脉转流泵的可行性。方法:施行猪的原位全肝移植术15例,术中使用自制的静脉转流泵,行体外静脉转流。结果:在排除了固手术操作失误等原因引起的失败以外,术后4例在没有使用免疫抑制剂的前提下,获得了1周以上的存活(最长达 67天)。术后谷丙转氨酶(Alaninetransaninase,ALT)的峰值出现在术后第1天,以后渐降。结论:自行研制的静脉转流泵是一个实用的大动物肝移植工具,具有简便、轻巧,价格低廉的优点。
Objective: To disign a new extracorporeal venous bypass pump for experimental orthatopic liver transplantation ( OLT) in big animals. Methods: OLT was performed in 15 pig models,and a modified extracorporeal venous bypass pump was applied during the operations. Results: After the exclusion of failure caused by technical fault,4 animals survived over 1 week after the operations (67 days for the longest) without immunosuppressive therapy. The peek level of alanine transaminase ( ALT) appeared on day 1 after the operations, and then decreased gradually. Conclusion: The modified extracorporeal venous bypass pump is a useful instrument for OLT in big animals, which is low-cost, portable and easily operative.
