神经肽Y和高血压心肌肥厚 被引量:2

摘要 神经肽Y(NPY)是体内广泛存在的一种多肽,它是体内重要的体液调节物质之一,尤其是具有强大的心血管活性作用,NPY可通过多种途径参与高血压的发病,又可作用于心肌细胞,通过细胞内信号转导机制诱导心肌肥厚。本文综述近几年有关NPY和高血压心肌肥厚的研究成果,为临床治疗高血压、逆转心肌肥厚及 NPY受体拮抗药物的开发应用提供理论依据。
