摘要
将织物试样采用 1∶1丙酮正己烷混合溶剂充分浸渍后进行超声提取 ,提取液经Celite层析柱净化 ,40℃旋转蒸发浓缩、定容 ,由色质联用仪测定试样中的DCB、Naphthalene、PCP及Permethrin含量。本方法适合毛织物中防虫蛀整理剂、防霉剂和及驱虫制剂残留的定性定量分析 ,方法对目标化合物的检测限量 (LOQs)在 0 .1~ 0 .5mg/kg之范围内 ,平均回收率介于89.2 %~ 96.4%之间 ,相对标准偏差为 2 .3 %~ 8.1%。
A procedure is described for the identification and conformation of pesticides and insect proof agents in wool fabrics. GC/MS in the selective ion monitoring mode was used to analysis and quantitate residues extracted from wool samples being soaked in 1∶1 acetone hexane with supersonic treatment at 40℃ water bath and clean up with reversed phase solid phase extraction. A standard wool fabrics (ISO105/F011982) was used as a sample matrix to simplify the target compound matrix interaction. The method provided very good linearity data with low coefficients of variation. Typical limits of detection (LOQs) were 0.1~0.5 mg/kg for DCBs, Naphthalene, PCP, and trans/cis in some antifungi and insect proof agents. Average recoveries from fortified sample fabrics are between 89.2%~96.4 % . The relative standard deviations of the residues are 2.3%~ 8.1 % for all fabrics tested.
