摘要
从探讨氧氯化反应器冷却管束国产化制造过程中几个关键问题入手 ,重点分析和制定了挡板孔加工、SAF2 2 0 5双相钢焊接、管束组装等工艺方案优化和质量保证措施 ,成功地完成了SAF2 2 0 5双相不锈钢管束的国产化研制 ,并且运行正常。
The problems in the process of the Oxychlorination reactor condenser which had been made in China were discussed.The rules of drilling holes in isolation plates, welding of SAF2205 duplex stainless steel, assembly of condenser and measures of quality assurance were emphatically analysed and drawn up.The condenser had been successfully made for Chinese ,and moved normally.
