冷轧带肋钢筋是Ⅰ级钢筋的换代产品,其焊接网在国外已广泛用于建筑工程中,使用焊网不但能提高施工质量、加快进度,而且可节约钢材30％左右.目前国内焊网推广中所要解决的问题是加强质量管理和降低成品价格.在我国,焊网的原材料占成品价的55％左右,大大低于国外的75％.通过降低焊网的市场价格,从而降低工程造价,才能更进一步地促进焊网的推广使用.

Cold-rolled ribbed steel bar is a substitute for class I steel bar, and its welded fabrics have been widely used in constructions abroad. The welded fabrics not only can improve construction quality and save time, but also can cut down steel consumption by 30 % . In order to increase the usage of the welded fabrics, however, it is necessary to strengthen the quality control and lower the price of its finished products. The cost of raw materials needed for manufacturing the welded fabric in China accounts for 55% of that of the finished welded fabric, much lower than 75% reported abroad. Only by lowering the price of the welded fabric, and hence reducing the construction cost, can a wider use of the welded fabric become possible.
