摘要 液压设备故障智能诊断的方法包括:专家系统、神经网络,两者有各自的功效和不足,是并存的关系.目前的智能诊断系统已经充分利用了多媒体技术、Internet/Intranet技术、信息融合技术、智能传感器等先进信息技术.高新企业珠江钢厂已经根据智能诊断系统的技术要求建立了轧机液压泵站专家系统对设备故障进行诊断和监测,为企业带来巨大的经济效益:降低故障诊断的难度,缩短故障诊断时间,提高工作效率,提高故障诊断结论的正确性和精确性,方便故障管理. A conventional intelligence fault diagnosis system for hydraulic equipments usually employs two methods: expert system and nervous net, each of which has its own advantage and disadvantage. Recently, more advanced diagnosis technologies such as multimedia, internet/intranet, information amalgamation and intelligent sensor have been applied to the system. An intelligence diagnosis system based on the expert system was built at Zhugang for diagnosing and monitoring the hydraulic pump stations of the rolling mills, which has yielded remarkable economical profits: readiness in diagnosis, reduced diagnosis time, enhanced productivity, improved precision and accuracy of the diagnosis, and facilitated fault control.
