Design Chracteristic of the Technological Equipments of Continuous Bar Rolling Mill

连续棒材轧机采用了平立交替布置的高刚度短应力线轧机、启停式飞剪和经优化设计的冷床系统。该工艺和装备成熟、可靠、合理,对棒材连轧的改造有借鉴意义。

The mill housing with short stress path and high rigidity laid H/V alternatively, the start-stop flying shear and the cold bed with optimum design have been adopted by the continuous bar rolling mill. The technique and equipment have the character of mature,depending and rational. It's valuable for the improvement of continuous bar rolling mill.
