日粮中不同尿素水平对兔生长及血液生化指标的影响 被引量:3

摘要 选用 2 0只青年期 (2 5月龄、体重 1 9kg)健康新西兰兔 ,随机分成 4组。其中 ,试验组Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ分别饲喂在低蛋白 (10 12 % )基础上添加 1%、2 %和 3%尿素的日粮 ,另以仅饲喂基础日粮为对照组。试验期 30d ,兔日增重试验组与对照组之间没有显著差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,但各试验组有随日粮中尿素水平升高而增加的趋势 ,试验组Ⅲ最大 ,为 2 6 0± 4 6g。血液生化指标分析结果显示 ,对照组和试验组Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ平均氨氮浓度分别为 7 2 2± 0 4 3mg/L、5 6 5± 0 4 7mg/L、7 30± 0 34mg/L和 9 36± 0 39mg/L ;平均尿素氮浓度分别为 16 5 5 4± 2 4 9mg/L、2 0 3 5 4±3 0 9mg/L、189 0 4± 5 81mg/L和 2 0 7 38± 8 80mg/L ,各试验组与对照组相比尿素氮水平差异极显著 (P <0 0 1) ;平均GOT活性和GPT活性试验组高于对照组 ,但其值都在正常范围内。表明 :低蛋白日粮添加尿素不会影响兔的生长 。 In this thirty day experiment,20 young and healthy New Zealand rabbits (2 5 months and 1 9 kg for each rabbit)were divided randomly into four groups,i.e. one control group and three experimental groups.Basal diet was fed to the rabbits in the control group and low content of crude protein(10 12%)was fed to the rabbits in experimental groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ with additional 1%,2% and 3% urea in the basal diet,respectively.Results were showed as follows:no significant difference was determined statistically between control group and experimental groups,however,there was a increasing trend in average daily weight gain of the rabbits in experimental groups with the increase of the urea level in the basal diet,and the group Ⅲ got the highest (26 0±4 6 g).By analysis of blood biochemical indices,after feeding it was found that the NH + 4 N and urea N concentration increased first,then tended to be stable.The average value of NH 4 + N concentration of control group and groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were 7 22±0 43 mg/L,5 65±0 47 mg/L,7 30±0 34 mg/L,9 36±0 39 mg/L,and average value of urea N were 165 54±2 49 mg/L,203 54±3 09 mg/L,189 04±5 81 mg/L and 207 38±8 80 mg/L,respectively.The activities of blood GOT and GPT in experimental groups were higher than those in the control group,but they did not exceed the normal range.It is suggested that low protein diet with additional urea does not influence rabbit growth and there are no bad effects on physiological environment with large dose of urea for long time.
