摘要
对杜仲籽油中的主要成分、α-亚麻酸的代谢产物及其生理功能进行了评述 。
The α linolenic acid is the main component in Eucommia ulmoides seed oil. By illustrating the metabolism of α linolenic acid, it's products and physiological functions, the paper provide a scientific basis for practical exploitation of Eucommia ulmoides seed oil.
