摘要
就秦岭北坡森林公园资金短缺的问题进行了研究 ,在分析资金短缺原因和后果的基础上 。
On the basis of analysing the causes and effects of capital insufficiency, methods to solve the capital insufficiency problem of forest parks on north slope of the Mountain Qinling are suggested.
