摘要
分别用含有已知抗白粉病基因 Pm2、Pm4 b、Pm6的品种和感病品种与作者培育的 4个抗白粉病新品系杂交 ,在温室鉴定了亲本和 F2 代幼苗对北京地区优势白粉病菌株 E0 9号的反应 ,以确定它们含有的抗病基因。结果 :CA95 5 0含有 2对有效抗病基因 Pm2和 Pm4 b;CA96 40、CA96 41和CA96 48均含有 1对有效抗病基因 Pm2。
Three wheat cultivars with powdery mildew resistance genes Pm2, Pm4b and Pm6 respectively and a susceptible variety were crossed with four new breeding lines, namely CA9550, CA9640, CA9641 and CA9648 to identify the resistance genes they contained. Result indicated that CA9640, CA9641 and CA9648 each contained a resistance gene Pm2 , and CA9550 had two resistance genes Pm2 and Pm4b .
