摘要
传统高等教育人才培养模式具有极强的统一性,与学生个体发展的多样性要求形成冲突。这种冲突在教育过程中有种种表现形式。冲突的激化对人才的培养产生了诸多负面影响。探讨冲突产生的深层原因,目的是提出缓解这种冲突的应对措施。
The conflict of the diversity of individual development with the extreme unity of personnel training pattern of the old -fashioned higher education display itself in the course of education in various manners. It has been ,in its intensification, pushing great negative influence onto the personnel training. Our inquiry into the profound causes of the conflict aims at finding appropriate countermeasures to alleviate it.
