摘要
首先提出了二齿差摆线轮公法线的存在条件,并提出了一种新的方法来计算公法线检测时的接触位置参数和长度,确定了最小跨齿数就是最佳跨齿数,并考虑了等距、移距、转角修形对公法线测量的影响,根据本文理论编制计算机软件可以准确地计算出各种跨齿数下公法线长度及检测位置。
Having discussed the existing condition, a new method is given to calculate the common normal length and its measuring contact position in the two - teeth - difference cycloid disk, certain the minimum span number, and take the influence by profile modification in account when cycloid disks are measured. A software is made which can get the common normal length and measuring position easily.
