摘要
在汽车车身整体误差检测技术中 ,由于没有标准车身 ,但需要按照标准车身的特征点、线、面位置 ,快速调整、高精度定位二维视觉传感器。提出了对六维参数进行综合调整的图形定位方法 ,该方法使仪器调整直观 ,便捷 ,精度高。采用了空心正四面体的棱边代表标准汽车车身的棱边来设置传感器 ,能够在没有标准车身的情况下 ,通过调整显示在计算机屏幕上的两个图形的重合 ,对二维视觉传感器的六维参数同时进行调整。
In the measurement of automobile body-in-white there is no standard automobile body. But a lot of two-dimensional visual sensors must be positioned to their measuring places separately with high-precision according to the points,lines and planes of the standard automobile body-in-white. A graphic positioning method is proposed to adjust all the six dimensional parameters synthetically and this method will make the adjustment more easy and intuitive with high precision on a screen of a computer. A hollow tetrahedron is used for a positioning target to replace all the edges of a standard automobile body. It's possible to trace a virtual standard automobile body without a real body.
