摘要 目前 ,3K行星轮系的功率流向分析和啮合效率公式的推导既难又繁。本文首先将这种轮系分解为 3个简单的 K- H型轮系单元 ,然后进行运动分析和力矩分析 ,列出方程组并求解。不仅得出了一个新的通用的效率公式及绘制出功率流向图 ,而且发现在轮系中存在循环功率流 ,这就是这种轮系效率较低的原因。同时 ,通过减小循环功率与输出功率的比值将能够适当提高 It is difficult and complicated to analyze the power flow of 3K type planetary gear trains and deduce their efficiency formulas. In this paper, this kind of epicyclical gear train is first decomposed into three simple train units of K H type; then these units are put into kinematic analysis and moment analysis, and finally the equations are listed and solved. Thus not only is a new general efficiency formula obtained and the diagrams for the power flow are drawn up, but also the circulation power is found in this kind of train. This is the cause of the low efficiency for this kind of epicyclical gear train. At the same time, it is demonstrated that the decrease of the ratio between the circulation power and the output power can increase the efficiency of 3K type planetary gear trains.
