摘要
在振动离心复合环境下由于振动台激振力及弹簧弹性力的作用导致离心机臂摆振。本文分析了离心机臂的摆振特性及其对振动台振动的影响 ,并进行了相应的建模和仿真。研究和仿真结果表明 :在振动离心复合环境下离心机臂偏离平衡位置主要由共振引起 ,在低频段影响很大 ;共振点随试件、夹具及电枢质量的降低向高频方向移动 ;
The shaking force and spring force of the shaking table act on the centrifuge arm, will make the centrifuge arm vibrate under the composite conditions of centrifuge and vibration. The vibration characteristics of the centrifuge arm and its effect on the shaking table has been investigated and calculated in the paper. It is pointed out that the deviations of the shaking table and centrifuge arm from their balance positions are mainly caused by the resonance and a very big deviation appears in low frequency section. The calculated results show that the resonance peak has the trend of moving to high frequency with load, tongs and pivot mass being decreased or centrifuge rotation angle velocity being increased.
