以组成机构的基本构件为研究对象 ,建立了间隙转动副的分离接触模型 ,以此模型采用牛顿力学的方法建立机构的动力方程 ,通过数值解得出了间隙转动副在机构运动中存在混沌运动 ,同时 。
A contact free model of clearance revolute joints in the mechanism is established by using elementary components of which a mechanism is composed as an object of study. The dynamic equation of mechanism is established by using this model and Newton method. The numerical results are given, which show that chaotic motion exists in mechanisms. Simultaneously, the influence of some parameters on the chaotic characteristics is obtained.
